SECTION 5 - PRODUCTS AND BESPOKE NATURE

Certain products may be available exclusively online through this website.

 

  • Made-to-Order: Every print and frame offered by House of Hari Decor Ltd is bespoke and "made-to-specification." Because these items are custom-built for you, they are exempt from standard "cooling-off" return periods.

     

  • Color & Display: We make every effort to display artwork colors accurately, but we cannot guarantee that your monitor’s display of any color will be a 100% match to the physical product.

  • Fulfillment: To provide the best service, we utilize production partners in the United Kingdom and the United States. If your order is fulfilled locally within your region, you will not incur customs duties. For all other international destinations, any import duties or taxes are the sole responsibility of the customer.

SECTION 6 - ACCURACY OF BILLING AND ACCOUNT INFORMATION

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order you place. We may, in our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person or per order. In the event that we change or cancel an order, we will attempt to notify you via the email or billing address provided.

SECTION 7 - OPTIONAL TOOLS

We may provide you with access to third-party tools (such as shipping trackers) which we neither monitor nor have any control over. You acknowledge that we provide access to such tools ”as is” without any warranties or endorsements.

Every piece of art, design, and imagery displayed on this Site is the exclusive intellectual property of the individual Artist (Our Founder and Creative Director).

  • Automatic Legal Protection: Copyright is an immediate and automatic right that exists from the moment of creation. House of Hari Decor Ltd does not require formal registration for each individual piece to assert full ownership rights.

  • Universal Application: This protection applies to all visitors to this Site. You are strictly prohibited from scanning, digitally reproducing, reselling, or exploiting any designs found here.

  • Licensing: House of Hari Decor Ltd acts as an authorized licensee to sell physical prints. A purchase does not constitute a transfer of copyright. Ownership of the underlying design remains permanently with the Artist.

Our framed art pieces may be of significant weight. It is the sole responsibility of the customer to ensure that the wall, mounting surface, and hardware used are suitable for the weight and size of the product. House of Hari Decor Ltd is not liable for any damage to property, injury, or product failure resulting from improper installation.
