The "Bespoke" Promise

At House of Hari, we don’t do mass production. Every print is gallery-quality, and every frame is custom-built the moment you place your order. Because these pieces are bespoke and made-to-order specifically for you, we do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.

We’re all about intentional shopping—we kindly ask that you double-check your measurements and color choices before checking out.

Damages & Issues

We take immense pride in our pieces, but we know the world can be a bumpy place. If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you received the wrong item, we will make it right.

How to start a claim:

  1. Email team@houseofhari.com within 48 hours of delivery.

  2. Include your order number and clear photos of the item’s damage, as well as the exterior packaging.

  3. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you at no additional cost.

Cancellations

Need to pivot? We offer a 2-hour window from the time of purchase to cancel your order. After two hours, our studio has already begun the printing or framing process, and the order is locked in for production.

The Fine Print

  • Gift Cards: These are final sale and cannot be returned or refunded.

  • International Shipping & Customs: For our global community, please note that House of Hari is not responsible for any local customs fees, duties, or taxes. If a package is returned to us due to unpaid customs fees, we cannot offer a refund as the item is bespoke.

  • EU/UK Statutory Rights: In accordance with consumer protection laws, bespoke and "made-to-specification" goods are exempt from the standard 14-day cooling-off period. This does not affect your legal rights if the item is faulty or not as described.
