Shipping & Delivery

The Timeline

We don’t believe in rushing art. Every order is custom-made, so please allow 2-4 working days for us to print and/or frame, then prep your piece.

Once it’s out the door, delivery usually takes 2-5 working days. You’ll get a tracking link in your inbox the second it ships so you can follow the journey.

Damaged Goods

We pack everything with obsessed-level care, but if your order arrives damaged, don't stress. We’ve got your back.

Unlike other brands, we won’t make you chase the courier. Just email team@houseofhari.com with your order number and photos of the damage, and we’ll handle the rest and get a replacement out to you.

International Bits (Customs & Duties)

Shipping outside the US or UK? just keep in mind that local customs fees or import duties might be applicable. These aren't included in our prices and are handled by your local government, so it’s worth checking to make sure there are no surprises at delivery.

The Fine Print

• We ship Monday through Friday (our team rests on weekends).

• During high-demand periods, we might need an extra day or two to get things perfect. If there's a real delay, we’ll reach out and keep you in the loop.
